WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU DESIGN FOR?
My custom website designs are available for sites hosted through WordPress (self-hosted) only.
HOW DO I SET UP A SELF-HOSTED WORDPRESS BLOG?
You’ll need to visit a hosting provider (I recommend HostGator) and purchase a domain from them. Then you’ll need to purchase a hosting account for your domain through them as well. Make note of your sign in information, as I will need that to install your blog. If your are nervous to share your info with me, you may change your password when I am finished.
CAN I ADD/CHANGE THINGS TO MY BLOG DESIGN IN THE FUTURE?
Yes. You are welcome to add/change things on your blog after you purchase a design from me. If you know how to add things on your own, you are more than welcome to do so. If there are features you’d like added in the future that you do not know how to add on your own, then I will be happy to assist with these items. DO YOU OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
My designs come with basic technical support for 24 hours after the design is installed where I’ll be happy to answer any basic troubleshooting questions you may have as you navigate around your new design. For further or more complex technical support, you’ll need to purchase my Post-Install Support Package from the Add Ons and Upgrades section.
WHAT IF I DON’T PURCHASE A BLOG DESIGN FROM YOU? CAN I STILL PURCHASE OTHER SERVICES?
If you don’t purchase a design from me, you can still purchase add ons and upgrades–however there may be limitations in what I can do for you based on the theme/design you are using. Please visit the Add-Ons & Upgrades section for a full list of options and pricing.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ALL MY ACCESSORIES AT THE SAME TIME AS MY DESIGN OR CAN I PURCHASE THEM LATER?
You do not need to purchase all of your add-ons at the same time as purchasing your design. You can always return to purchase them at a later date. Just visit the Add Ons and Upgrades section whenever you need something added and I’ll be happy to help you with those items.
HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY SITE?
Your blog theme will be installed to your site within one week of purchase date (exception: if you add numerous add-ons or upgrades it may take a little longer)
Add-ons and upgrades will be completed in my spare time between blog orders, so will be completed within one week of purchase date, but often sooner.
ARE YOUR DESIGNS MOBILE RESPONSIVE?
Yes, all blogs are designed to look great on every device.
WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED? DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS?
If you have placed an order and change your mind after you have sent payment and before work on your design has begun, then I will gladly send a refund minus any PayPal processing fees. However refunds are not given on Premade Blog Themes if the customizations of the design have already been started on.
